Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all the products purchased on Sallywags.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customers for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

For security reasons, Sallywags will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery from £3.99 on all dry products, depending on weight.

£7.99 shipping price on all orders in the UK containing any frozen products. Please check the shipping cost on the checkout page before placing an order.

SHIPPING TIMES

Next Day Delivery Only (Order Monday-Thursday by 12pm)
Orders placed Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own states’ policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Sallywags provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.

DELAYS

Sallywags is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Sallywags is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office and the customer must pick it up from there.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Sallywags will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Sallywags recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Sallywags is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which Sallywags makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
