Owner

Sally James

I started Sallywags from home in 2007. With the help and support of my family, Sallywags salon was opened in Northwood in August 2009. My passion was to grow the business so that every dog still felt like it was coming into my home. This has given us over 2,000 wonderful dogs to groom. We are very much a family business and the Sallywags staff and the dogs that come to us are welcomed into it with open arms. I have 4 dogs of my own who I absolutely adore. Standard Schnauzer, Florrie. Oreo, the maltese and two delightful Parti poodles. Zorro and Peggi.

Receptionist (Currently on Maternity Leave)

Danielle Seoane

Danielle joined Sallywags in January of 2019 as our Receptionist. Having a love for animals and over 6 years office experience, Sallywags was the perfect career change for her. Danielle will be your first point of contact Monday - Thursday and is always happy to help with bookings and any questions you may have. Danielle has an avid interest in pet nutrition and is currently studying for an ISCP Diploma in Canine Nutrition, and is always at the end of the phone for any advise you may need.

Groomer

Maddie Tranisan

Maddie joined the Sallywags team in August of 2020 after owning her own salons in England and Spain for 4 years. Maddie has competed in many grooming competitions, she was placed 2nd in Premier Groom and 3rd in Super Groom! Maddie has a love for dogs with 2 of her own, a Westie and an English Bull Terrier.

Groomer

Jane Antony

Jane joined sallywags in January of 2023 as our new groomer after working in a busy salon in central London. Jane completed her Level 3 Dog Grooming C&G qualification in June 2022 and has already shown what an asset she is to the Sallywags team. Jane has a love for dogs and has her own Chihuahua called Daisy who is 7 years old. Janes favourite breed of dog to groom is a Poodle.

Dog Grooming Apprentice

Emma Wishart

Emma joined Sallywags in August 2022 as a Dog Grooming apprentice. After leaving school, Emma wanted to follow her passion of working with animals, so an apprenticeship at Sallywags was a great choice for her. Emma loves Dachshunds and has 2 of her own, Casa and Nova.
